4. Game Content

You agree not to create, submit, or share any User-Generated Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others. The Spaceminers reserves the right to remove or disable any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is intended for entertainment purposes only, and no player should rely on it for financial gain. The Spaceminers does not guarantee any financial rewards, prizes, or returns from playing the Game.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Spaceminers and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Game or these Terms, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Your continued use of the Game after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
